I did 5k at home yesterday. Right back to 6 min k's again so 30 minutes in total. Legs felt good after and I took my cal-mag before running this time so maybe that helped. Even went for a 30k ride in the afternoon and feel good this morning.

I bought new runners yesterday. Had to try on about 10 pairs before I found some that didn't bug me. I hope they are worth the money.
