This might be a REALLY dumb question and could probably just be answered by my going to REI and sticking my hand inside the Danskin one-piece trisuit that they have right now, but since it's 12:30 am and my curiosity is getting the best of me...
I'm assuming that some tri-clothing is made to be worn throughout all 3 events. In which case, the shorts must have some sort of padding inside for the biking part??? And if so, how does that feel while swimming, or running for that matter? Or are the shorts just not heavily padded? Just curious- if I actually do this, it's nice to know in advance what I'll need, gear-wise.
I have been printing off various training programs for swimming/running and tips on biking (how long of a ride, how many times per week, etc) and am going to combine them into an overall program this weekend, so that I can start afresh on Monday. I actually went and swam on Thursday morning at the gym and didn't fare nearly as poorly as I expected. I'm not particularly fast, but I definitely was not as fatiqued as I thought I'd be. This might actually happen...
