Well, I noticed that the last few days have just been crazy and instead of my eating every 2.5-3 hrs like my dad told me to. A few days....I just went with some egg whites in the morning, some brussel sprouts and funa at noon and some salad with Talapia and lemon juice. The next day, I couldn't even do the hour spin class I have downloaded. Then, sure enough the scale wen't up so I'm seeing how important it is to keep that metabolism up.
Like my dad said, think of a camp fire, to keep it going you add twigs, branches every so often, you dont' get it going and then throw a HUGE log on it (which he mentioned like a Big MAc or something of that nature, which I don't eat beef anyway, but I got his meaning.)
