I didn't get out until about 2:30, since i was cooking for Passover (my favorite holiday). We did somewhat the same route as Deb mentioned, but the loop part is about 15.7 miles from my house, so we added a bit more through Carlisle and rode 19.8 miles. All of a sudden, I felt very strong, my legs didn't hurt, and neither did my lungs. I wonder if it's from the hill climbing ride I did yesterday. Everything felt easy today. My husband was tired and I pulled him for the way home. I also managed to get up the steeper side of my street, which is nice, because then you get a downhill that helps you get up the driveway.
