I wish, but thank you for the kind words In all actuality took 6 months of being stuck in a plateau before the scale or meassurements budged. So it was not actually a fast loss, which is good. Slow is a good way to lose, I would have preferred a slighly faster method than a 6 month plateau.
All told, it took 7 months, just nothing happened for the first 6 months. *sigh*
I am 5 pounds away from my goal.
Those will take even longer since the last few are usually the most difficult to get off (or so I have heard). I imagine it will be some time before I get the last 5 pounds off and even longer to gain the lean muscle mass I want. But it is worth it. I am in this for life, so no rush on my part.
