I have this one spot on my hip where I hurt a little: it is, according to the anatomy pics, where the tensor fasciae latae is attached to the pelvic bone (ilial crest). I thought it might go away with 2 weeks not running at all (vacation/cold)...

I've got a heat patch on - what else? Antiinflammatory cream?
I really want to run, even if I have to cut back on the amount, but not aggravate it.
