I saw a little news report on this and thought it was so great. A group of people get together in the dark of night and plant flowers, trees, bushes, vegetables, whatever.....in order to beautify a neglected part of the cities in which they live. One guy they interviewed in England said he was tired of trying to go through the city counsel and just decided to do it himself.
