Well it has been 5 weeks since I decided to begin this journey (thanks to everyone for the inspiration!). I increased my food, decreased my exercise to 7 hours per week (a medical compromise my neuro and I came to) and I have energy and the results are good.
For this week: I lost another pound (I am close to goal so from here on I do not expect to see any losses higher than a pound). I shed 2 1/4 inches this week which thills me.
In the past 5 weeks (In case someone is keeping an overall count): I have shed 14 unwanted pounds, 10 3/4", and over 3% body fat (yay me!)![]()
Oh, my all time favourite number-since I changed my lifestyle 2 years ago, my resting heart rate went from 99![]()

to (drum roll....) 50!!!
