Thought I would check-in bright and early before I get my day started.
This morning I weighed 139lbs- woohooo yippeeee That is down 3 lbs but moreover I broke the pyschological ( and physical ) barrier of 140.
I am VERY pleased that the "cleanse " is over. I had always wanted to try one and this being just 5 days seemed reasonable- we ate these high fibre/protein shakes 3 times a day along with certain snacks- for instance 6 almonds I thought that was a joke- 6? only 6!
I did manage to exercise but not at the same intensity level as I didn't think I was getting enough calories to "put out" so to speak. I ended up just eating more of the allowed snacks- definitely more than 6 almonds

Tuesday Run 45 min
Wed Spin 1 hr - I tried evil troy workout but it was tooo hard this week
Sat Long Slooooow run 2 hrs.

In the end I am glad I lost the 3 lbs but won't be tempted to try a "clease" again- I like to actually have food in my mouth to chew.
