I was disappointed with this week's weigh in. All of the numbers are up - weight, fat %age, metabolic age, and muscle mass went down. It's all incremental so I'm not worried, just a bit frustrated.
DH had a great weigh in for the second week. He's almost reached his April objectives. YAY!
And DH tells me that he can see the difference on me in a good way, so I suppose I should not worry too much about what the scale says. Of course some of my clothes are loose now, so he must be right!
In the last week I snowshoed Sunday, did a kickboxing workout Tuesday, rode the trainer for 35 minutes on Wednesday, and yoga each workday morning. The other days were the usual walk to work plus walking the dogs. In retrospect that's a pretty light week for exercise so I guess that's why the weigh in was what it was.
This week will be a tough one at work, I'm not sure how I'll fit those workouts and the school work I need to do in, and today I feel low like I"m fighting a bug. Hopefully I'll find some wellspring of energy and have a fabulous week!![]()
