Better late than never
Hi Gals:
I hope it is ok to join in now with the weigh-ins.
I have been monitoring my weight since Jan but not doing enough to actively have it drop.
Today I weigh 142- my goal is 135.
This last week I managed Tuesday:to get in a short run 45min
Wednesday: Evil Troy indoor interval session
Thursday: yoga class
Sat: Long slow run 1hr:45
This week my husband and I are both doing a 5 day cleanse so I am not sure how that will affect activity- hopefully it won't be so brutal as to inhibit physical activity- mostly I am worried about the "no coffee!"
yikes- I am already anticipating the dull headache associated with the withdrawl!
