    The Terry skirts are made from sanded supplex. No need to line.

    It is a wrap skirt. Velco for the attachment on the inside wrapped side and a Fastex bucket on the other with webbing to attach the buckle to the skirt and provide adjustability. The newer ones have a small key pocket with a Velcro closure.

    I have seen other skirts made from heavy Lycra but I don't think it would be very packable.

    Important point for comfort - there is a very stretchy V-shaped gusset in the back of the Hollywood-style waistband. You can probably see this in pictures of the lighter colored skirts. The waistband will then fit nicely standing up, but will stretch when you're bent over the bike.
