I am working on building more lean muscle and shedding excess fat in doing so. So my scale will reead about the same (may go up), but it is just a number. I can more about my lean muscle mass. So, I will be working out a tad more and eating more, since for me, this is for life and it must be something I can maintain for my lifetime.
