Dragged my lazy carcass out for a run this lunchtime - did my scheduled run of 2 miles easy then 3 miles quicker but my left calf is bugging me again I have just bought new trainers as I think my last ones had actually worn out the new ones helped but there is still a niggle which was slowing me down a bit.

Got 11 miles scheduled for Saturday so hopefully I can attack it with ice, tennis balls, stretching, strengthening and ibuprofen in the meantime and it'll help Actually quite annoyed though.
