    homemade tube/tool holder

Necessity being the mother of invention, I just created a little pouch to carry a spare tube and tire irons which attaches to the back of my seatpost. A standard seat pack had to be removed every time I used my trunk rack for commuting, and I had a fear that I'd forget the spare gear sometime. I tried suspending the seat pack vertically under the saddle, and that worked but wasn't very stable. So here's my new gear pouch, that took about 1 1/2 hours to make. I got this idea from something available on the Rivendell web site.
