My husband Lee & I took a 20 mile spin around the paved bike trail near where we live, which goes out to the San Francisco bay and around a small park. We said hi to Seymour, our resident flamingo, who was hanging out in his usual mid-morning spot.

Tomorrow we plan to ride up in Marin County. Hope it doesn't rain too much.
