I have several jackets let's see there's my old Bellweather I like a lot and it's no longer available but it's no longer waterproof anyway so I have an illuminite jacket....my favorite is one I got it right here, Craft Mingo.
light enough for warm weather
Wind resistant
More than a tiny bit water-resistant
Very breathable
doesn't "billow out"
Packs very small
Has three (count them 3!!!) non-zippered pockets
It's bright and visible, that's a requirement to me
