Hi there - I'm looking for a very lightweight bike jacket. Do you have a favorite?

Ideally it is...

For relatively warm weather,
Wind resistant,
At least a tiny bit water-resistant,
Not ridiculously un-breathable,
In a form-fitting women's size (doesn't "billow out" or create wind resistance),
Packs very small,
Has at least one (hopefully zippered) pocket.

I've been told to look into the Pearl Izumi Optik or the Cannondale Morphis. Any comments on those two? Do they run large, small or true to size?
