Oh, you will enjoy the pilates, you just got get over that initial sourness from mucles that are not used to being worked.
I enjoy the pilates, I just wonder how long it takes before you get better at your balance and stuff with it. Plus there are some thing with my weight that I am not able to do yet, and I wonder if it is just me, or if there are just things that overweight chicks cannot do.
I have one part on one of my tapes where you sit on the floor with your knees crossed and you have to sit up straight to do work on you triceps and it is very hard for me to sit up straight with legs crossed like that. I think it is because my weight makes me very unbalanced or something.
I end up having to do it with my legs straight out in front of me.
I haven't tried yoga bikingmomof3, isn't it kind of the same as pilates?
I always thought yoga was a kind of relaxing type exercise, didn't really work on strenght. Am I mistaken?
