I'm super poor but I have fallen in love with cycling. I have a cyclocross bike but I don't think I am too hot on that sport (oh no... wannabe rodie?? )

Anyway, over the winter as I get cash here an there, I do want to upgrade some of my parts.

What do people think about buying wheels off ebay?
