Well, I know know whose cats you are talking about. Cats destroy things just as much as dogs, and usually in a terrible way. They also throw up. I had both, but I am sticking with dogs

Anyway, back to the topic. You will have to hand wash them as long as you can stand it. Patching the fabric is not a good idea. You may risk rubbing, and other unpleasant results. Just think that your dog approves of a purchase, that's why she ate you knickers. Don't scold the poor thing, it has no idea what happened. They smelled like you and she simply expressed her love this way. It may hurt to hear this, but you may need a new pair.
