WTF??? Why else be out there but to look at the flowers & eat berries. The exercise is secondary.


But be careful when you're out there by yourself and make sure someone knows where you are! It's no good to end up unconscious on an empty trail.
Yeah...after my endo when I was lying in the trail for several minutes one of the things I thought about was "OMG, what if I was hurt and nobody found me all weekend!!!"
