Hi ladies,

I found my ideal saddle but just need to turn the nose down a wee bit. I'm really scared to do my own saddle adjustment. I don't know why!!! But mostly, I don't know how!!! I have the tools but just don't know to tweak it. I just have visions of tweaking it and on a ride, it falls off.

I assume most of you ladies do your own saddle adjustments? I'm so clueless!!!!!
