I voted 5-7. I would really like to get 8 hours of sleep a night, but lately I have had trouble falling to sleep and staying asleep, so it's more like 6-7 during the work week and 7-7.5 on weekends. Better than many here, but not as much as I'd like or as much as I used to be able to get easily.

It's gotta be the perimenopause thing....
