I'm a new rider. Back for the last 10 months on a rode bike since Greg was racing. Yesterday I rode with a group of friends and was reminded what it is like to ride as a team. Watching the team time trials of the tour was a reminder also. I had forgotten how great it is!! I want to train other groups that I ride with. I'd love an update on safety rules and etiquette.
