i did better!

we did 500 yard sprints last night. there were 3 of us, me and two guys.

so the guys being guys the started off to hard on their first lap. i ran along at a good clip and got a max hr of 182. we did a total of 4 laps around. i slowly kept getting faster where they slowly kept getting slower. actually one really slowed down and i was only a couple seconds behind him. it felt so good. the last lap was my best and i had a max hr of 184. the burn felt so good.

oh that and i recovered faster than both of them. HA! i maybe a bit slower but i know how to pace myself! and recover!

it was just such a good feeling that i did better than the boys i had to share it with the girls.
