Welcome Caligurl. Your braver then I trying clipless pedals I haven't managed them yet I chickened out and bought the cages!! I'm still stopping to drink water I know in time I'll be able to drink while biking but you know how it's hard when I keep thinkin' I shouldn't drink and drive ..lol
