Hmm.... so far it has been looking good. I've improved - built muscles, stamina, speed, I can climb a while and can last 100 km these days. It's just going further that scares me a little. 4-5 hours in the saddle are ok, since raising the stem angle I don't get paralyzed fingers anymore. But last time we were going to go significantly over 100 km I chickened out and we took the train home. OK - it was about 34 degrees C.

How to take that next step? perhaps to 140? 160?
