    Wow! Good for you! The running before and after the biking sounds very tiring. 7th in the age group is awesome. I'm considering going for a century this year too. I'll be 50 in Sept, it would be kinda cool to say i did a century for turning 50. Completeing a duathalon is way cool, congrats!

    ragbrai- way to go! Especially trying to be a cyclist who runs, its difficult for sure, but i find that if i can get a bike in before a run segment i go a lot faster- need the warmup!

    Now you should tack on a swim and come join us tri junkies :P

    Thanks amhilde! The tri's are next year's goal! My swimming consists of getting in the pool to get wet while laying out, so I have some work to do!
