I have trouble with my left hand falling asleep on me when I bike! I got some Ergon grips. Tried them out yesterday and i think i like them. We got them for almost nothing using our performance points and they were on sale. I tend to have neck problems which cause pinch nerves which cause my hand to fall asleep. I am constantly reminding myself to- pull stomach in, relax shoulders, keep toes up, arch my back, breeeath! Man I can't wait for all this to come naturally! Let's see it has been three years now? No help for me!
