How much to ride this week?

    Hello all !!

My first bike tour is a week away and I am so excited but now worried that I haven't trained enough. I have been trying to ride 25-35 miles 4+ days a week and I did last week get in a 46 mile ride and a 50 mile ride thru lake country which had way more hills than I usually ride. Both rides were good rides, by myself, averaged 18 mph on the 46 miler because a good part of it was with the wind and averaged just about 15mph on the 50 which is what I seem to normally ride. I felt very good after both rides and am confident that I could have taken a break and went on further after each ride.
My concern is that I haven't been on my bike now for 6 days as the kids got out of school and I never was able to get out as I had hoped...I'm not sure how I lost 6 days, it just happens!!!

So now I have a week before I ride the tour, day 1 - 74 miles, day 2 - 100 miles, days 3-5 are all around 65 miles.

What are your suggestions for riding this week? The kids get started with their summer activities so I will be running them all over town so I need to schedule out my own time to ride.

Personally, I wouldn't hit it TOO hard this week, and I would definitely rest a day or two before the tour! But get out there today if you can and throw down another 40-50 mile ride! And ride at least two or three times this week if you can.
    Have a great tour!!!
