The snow is finally gone and we've been seeing decent temps. My husband and I went for a ride yesterday on a local bike path. (I'm nervous with the road bike and all the sand) It's 5 1/2 miles round trip. My hubby complained that his knee was aching after one trip so I went a second time by myself. The spin classes are paying off Bc I blew his doors off and it felt great! My LBS has started some rides on Saturday's that I'd like to try and he said his wife was wanting to do a beginners women only ride too. YAY!
