    Exclamation Heat Rash

I always get heat rash after doing my cycling classes. What should I use to get rid of it? It's on my face, and also under the HR manitor strap. It's really annoying, and regular baby cream does not help. Are there any other solutions?

    rashes.....

Well, there are lots of reasons for rashes...Some can be from detergent irritation of suds left in clothes that are not rinsed well or someone used too much detergent...I get that on my legs, ankles, under my breasts, and around the waist areas if I use too much detergent....

Then there's the yeastie beastie kind, which I often fight, under my belly and in my private areas and it itches and requires a prescription anti-yeast cream....

But on your FACE? That I don't know..might want to ask your Dr. Are you wearing makeup at all? Do you wipe your face with anything? Those might be the cause. I'd ask a dermatologist if you can find one or just tune in here online..you can sure learn a lot at TE!!

I do wear makeup, but not a lot, and i take it off before a workout of any type. The rash is along my jawline, i might guess that it's because of sweating in the cycling class and wiping with towel.
