Ok, I've been invited to a Halloween party at which costumes are embraced (in the words of my hostess). I've not the slightest idea what to wear, and my budget is non-existent. Any thoughts? Of course I don't HAVE to wear a costume, but it would be nice to at least make an effort if I can. I am clueless where such things are concerned...
