B: two small pieces WG toast, butter, coffee
Snack: apple and carrot juice (fresh juiced)
Lunch: leftover rice noodles with vege stir fry, 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast, 1 peach chobani yogurt
Snack: 1 beer
Dinner: 3 slices grilled steak, salad with blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette, few roasted potatoes, 1 glass red wine
Dessert: 1 piece yummy cherry pie

Had a luncheon with a group of older "church ladies" and I realized late last night that I hadn't told them about being a veg. No time this morning to prepare something to take and not wanting to hurt feelings, I ate some of the chicken casserole. Green salad had bacon in it and rice salad was prepared with chicken broth. I'll be just fine, but today's experience confirmed that I am quite happy and satisfied with my plant-based diet.
