Thanks! I just moved here in March. We'd been doing the long distance thing very tough on us both. Now I just have to figure out where to put our bikes.

133.4 this morning, I had expected it to be considerably higher since I had a very hard workout last night & I do retain fluid from it...but I will take it. I don't normally weigh the morning after that level of effort but with the heat my riding schedule is going to be very abnormal this weekend...so this morning is as good as any

215, I guess the challenge didn't help me much. I only went up and then back to where I was. I'll sit out the next one. Thanks.

I think I was the same last wk.
Still seeing less of an up and down with my weight, so that's good. I also think that after this challenge, I won't be officially part of it. I've maintained for 3 months after the first one I joined, so it's working. But, I'll still participAte in the thread.

    168.

No goal for me this time around, and if it stays hot/sticky/gross I'm not sure it'll drop much the rest of the summer since I melt when I go outside. Will have to reassess this weekend and see how I feel about the next go-round...

Went to WW for a weigh-in, I was at 144, up a whopping 0.2 from when I last checked earlier this month.

For me, stress & anxiety are very effective for keeping the weight off. Can't say I recommend this approach, though.

Update: I weighed 139.8 on June 30. I figured it was an anomaly, but I've been between 138.8 and 139.9 since then, so I guess it's real. So my final weight for June is 139.8.

I'm not sure how it happened, but I guess I ate less on vacation than I thought I did, despite the pizza, cookies, carrot cake and Carvel ice cream with chocolate crunchies.

That's great and amazing ny biker! Wish I could eat like that and lose. Or even maintain.

That said, I'm hanging in at 105.5 (lower than when I was actually doing this challenge!), which is a decent weight for me. It's still 2 lbs. higher than when we moved to Belize, but I will take it, as I've been as high as 109 here.
