Lifeline TNT System

As I have had pneumonia and been out of work, I have too much time on my hands!

Anyway, the bodylastics is not getting the rave reviews that the Lifeline TNT cable tubing system, www.lifelineusa.com. Not expensive and very versatile. Great customer service too (no one picked up at bodylastics).

She recommended ordering a 10lb and a 20lb cable with the TNT to be able to increase the tension more gradually.

I picked up the TNT at the Sports Chalet and absolutley love it! Great workout! I like combining it with my weight workout.
