My eating is getting a bit much... especially since I haven't ridden in 2 weeks! A few walks, a couple of step classes, core classes, but I still am dealing with bronchitis.
B: 2 slices machengo cheese, whole wheat deli flat, olive oil, 2 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee
S: 3 dried apricots
L: salad with vinaigrette, chicken, avocado, cilantro, piece of bread
OK, goes downhill from here. It was my birthday. We had our monthly theatre tickets, and we decided to stay in Boston. Got there around 3, promptly went to the bar and had a beer, split a flatbread with tomato and mozzarella.
D: glass of red wine, appetizer of pumpkin gnocchi which I didn't finish it was so huge, sliced duck on pan fried brown rice, asparagus, cup of chamomile tea
