    Your swim and bike are improving so much (love the pic of you on your bike).
    The run you have gotten better at, even tho I know it's still the bane of your existence. You are a good runner, tho- be proud of how good you truly are!

    I get frustrated with my run times because I spend so much more time working at it. I have less than 13,000 yards swimming for the year and just 700 hundred miles on the bike. My goal is to get the run to be comparable to the other two. Although sometimes I wonder if there is something in my physiology that makes it impossible. Mostly I think I just don't have enough experience with running. My first three years I really did not have a solid running plan and just kind of slogged out the miles.
