I get frustrated with my run times because I spend so much more time working at it. I have less than 13,000 yards swimming for the year and just 700 hundred miles on the bike.My goal is to get the run to be comparable to the other two. Although sometimes I wonder if there is something in my physiology that makes it impossible. Mostly I think I just don't have enough experience with running. My first three years I really did not have a solid running plan and just kind of slogged out the miles.
