    D: brown rice tuna sushi and 2 smoked salmon and lettuce wraps in a thin type of wrap (don't know the name)

    L hummus and pita bread, carrots, apples, parsley juice drink
    D: 1 glass of prosecco, salmon, few roasted potatoes, edamame salad with sweet bell peppers and tomatoes with vinaigrette dressing
    2 taffy cookies

    B: 1 egg, 1 piece of wg toast, raspberry, peach, orange juice, pineapple, greek yogurt smoothie, hashbrowns
    L: carrots, apple, beet, parsley juice drink
    S: handful of nuts, a few grapes
    D: 1 chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella cheese and basil, 1 glass of prosecco
    2 taffy cookies

    I got my juicer out so you will be seeing more juice drinks in my diet. YUM!

    Bowl of cereal, 1% milk, OJ
    ~16mi bike ride; 2 shot blocks and water
    2 pancakes with butter and maple syrup, bacon, apple
    frappucino and a bite-sized cupcake while mooching Starbucks' internet
    Loaded baked potato, salad with a bit of dressing
    a few malted milk balls

    Today:
    Three leftover pancakes with butter and syrup, milk/Bolthouse protein drink mix
    Assam tea with milk and sugar while waiting for the cable installation
    Forgot my lunch, so lunch came from the student union cafeteria. Spicy chicken strips and fries. Must be approaching that time of the month again.
    Small latte on a long-distance Starbucks date with DBF (he went to a Starbucks before his next class, I went to one after my meeting, and we talked on the phone. We're pathetic. )
    One chicken sausage, small baked potato with a little sour cream, salad with Caesar dressing.
    Decaf vanilla chai with milk and sugar.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    weird eating day

    B: whole wheat tortilla cheese crisp with chicken breast and an orange, coffee
    more coffee at a meeting after a stressful 13 mile drive that took me over an hour (this is why I don't have a job that commutes toward Boston)
    L: I went for a 13 mile ride and felt sick/dizzy afterwards. My stomach has been acting up and I have just been a little "off" with allergies and several other weird symptoms. Most likely a fibro flare, but I soldier on. So, I ate half a piece of matzah, a cup of chamomile tea, some whole wheat cous cous and a piece of cheese.

    later I had a Luna bar at around 3:30 and a piece of whole wheat bread and hummus at 5:30
    D: went out with friends had grilled salmon, whole wheat penne and marinara, glass of red wine.

    feel much better now!

    Today:
    Breakfast at Starbucks because I woke up late...Latte and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich (and it was actually pretty good, but I'm pretty sure bacon and cheese make everything better anyway...)
    Lunch: Homemade chicken salad, a slice of whole wheat bread, salad
    Free food! Salsa and tortilla chips, most of a cookie, the equivalent of an apple with some caramel dip, small piece of chocolate
    The remainder of the package of malted milk balls
    Chicken sausage with rice. Contemplating a vegetable, but I'm feeling really lazy and too tired to actually eat...
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    S: apple with PB, skim milk
    1 hour bike ride
    D: at a friends house and we just grazed: raw celery & carrots, fresh dates and figs, small amount buffalo chicken dip, 8 tortilla chips, 1 beer

    Today:

    B: Steel cut oats, 2 scrambled egg whites, coffee, skim milk
    S: 1/2 Cliff bar
    90 minute mountain bike ride
    L: Banana/PB sandwich on sprouted bread
    D: Roasted skinless chicken breast sauteed with baby spinach, rice & 1 beer
