Running mommy - Im so pleased that you mentioned the swim vertigo thing. Years ago I did a few small Tri's after a friend pestered me endlessly until I could hold out no longer. I had that exact thing happen to me and wondered what was going on. Even though I do not do Tri's now its good to know what I experienced back then was pretty normal. You Tri girls really are inspiring.
