A Cool Encounter

I was out running this morning and ran into a Marine, also running. He recognized me from when he was in 5th grade - in 1998. He was in the other class of 5th graders. I guess I haven't changed all that much in 13 years.

No, I would not have recognized him if he hadn't introduced himself.

pretty neat however it came about.

I was twenty pounds heavier than I am now and wore my hair really short. Now I look at those picture and wonder, "What was I thinking?"
