I have a couple of pair of Brooks ones that I like. I also run in the Descente tri capri. Yeah, it does have a chamois, but it's pretty minimal.

I'd like to pick up another pair of running capris. I have a pair of Nike Dri-Fit Capris circa 2008 that I like, but I'm not sure which model they are of the two they offer now (Tech and Filament). I think they've tweaked their design a bit since then so, while I haven't ruled them out, I'm looking for other suggestions. I like a bit of compression and I'd prefer that they were light weight for cool to not-quite-warm weather running. Thanks for any suggestions!

I run in Underarmor heat gear compression capris and I love them.
Jeez, Indy, I just sat down to ask this same question. I just finished a run; it's 52 and cloudy, with 20 mph sustained winds. Not shorts weather for me, so I wore my tights. They are just a little too toasty. My only capris are loose for yoga, or have a chamois.
I will look at the Brooks.

On Running Wearhouse's website, I found a couple of brands--Asics and the Under Armour already mentioned in particular--that are specifically rated to be appropriate in 65+ degrees. I like that as an option because I prefer capris over shorts.

I ordered the Sugoi capris here on TE. I know that Sugoi fits me well.
I wear running skirts when it's warm.

Out of curiosity, why do you prefer running skirts to shorts? I've never worn the former.

I was searching for another brand for my new capris too, but in the end I got the Nikes again, because a lot of the other ones aren't Capri-length for me as they are so long (or I am so short). The Nike Capris seem to be on the short side compared to others - just something you might want to consider depending on your height.
I have three pair of the Nike dri-fit capri. Two are one style and the third is another slightly different one but I couldn't tell you which is which. I like them all and wish they made tri gear because they fit me so well.
I wear capri length for running pretty much all year long due to the large thigh/narrow hips problem (chaffing).

Unfortunately I can't do any impactive sports, thus I don't run, but I own some diff things from SkirtSports.
TE has one color of the lotta breeze capris. Their web site shows all the prints. Very cute and fun! I think they fit and are made pretty well. I wear mine to the gym for fitness.
My capris are the midoria/black. I own some prints of the gym skirt. Couple colors of the cycling skort I use for spin class. Outdoor cycling wear I have a long sleeve jersey.
Here's the capri...

Indy, I do prefer running skirts for running, walking, hiking. They look good on me for some reason. I am short (barely 5'1") and have a smallish waist, and I swear I feel taller when I wear the skirts! While I am thin, I always feel like my "athletic" thighs are flapping around in regular shorts. I also have a pair of longish Nike running shorts, that look more like bike shorts, very stylish, that i wear if it's a bit cooler out. I never wear traditional running shorts, though I do have 2 pair of Nike compression type shorts, sort of like bike shorts without a chamois. They are really old, I used to wear them at the gym. But, I prefer the skirts. I have one by Athleta and one is a Brooks.
I am not so much of a runner, but the skirts can be worn for hiking and walking, and look fine for dashing into a store.

I wear and LOVE the Lucy Propel Running Capris and tights! I wear the capris to the gym for everything I do there (boxing, yoga, Pilates, weight lifting, TRX, etc). Of course outdoor running also. They hold up really well, flat seams, draw string and tiny zippered pocket in the back.
After my Sugoi capris came in the mail, I was going into my drawer of running/walking stuff and lo and behold, I had forgotten that I bought a pair of Hind capris at TJ Maxx a few weeks ago! So, now I have 2. I wore the Hind ones this morning. I love anything in this brand, but they seem to have stopped making cycling clothes. Anyway, they actually feel a little big, but not so big that I would bring them back. And, they are almost capris on me, even though I am 5' 1". Most capris are more like tights on me, unless they are petite sized.
They were really comfortable on my short, slow run this morning.

I have a couple pairs of the Nike Dri-Fit capris, which I use for yoga and running, and I like the fit. I also have two pairs of Pearl Izumi Aurora Splice Knickers and I LOVE them. They're super thin and comfortable, and they have a pocket in the back waistband that fits my iPhone perfectly. They also dry in like 5 minutes after you wash them.
