    Um...decents still scare me...though that other side of El Camiono Alto was easier this time than it was two weeks ago. I just hate those fast, cury decents!

    The sweet thing about descents - you don't have to even pedal iffen ya don't want to! After working so hard on the climb you can just sit and coast (might be Really hard on your muscles but there is something to be said for just coasting!). Descents don't have to be fast to be a reward for your hard work!
    Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
