That is just disgusting. Yes, the felony charge is good -- but what a terrible thing it is to be glad of something like that.

Awful...just awful. Thank god she was charged with a felony, but that's small comfort considering what the cyclist and his family are going through:

Having read or heard about so many stories of hit and run, this one stands out because she returned to the scene after initially fleeing. Small comfort, yes, but she owned up to her actions where others run away dragging a bike, smoking cars, etc and pretend they never saw anything. Sad.
