    Oh man, I think I'd get really dizzy trying to run backwards with a mirror! I can't even back up my car using the backup camera.

    That is GREAT!!! I've done backward running drills before in training, but never thought about doing a race backward.

    Now my mind is churning thinking I might do a little race here around December on our one mile paved loop at the local park. Hmmm... make it a no fee, no tee event. Dress up for Christmas and make it a run/costume event. A friend and I used to put on a Winter Solstice Half Marathon at our local park (no fee, no tee).
