    I love where I live

I was listening to the local radio station as I was driving with the dogs for our morning hike yesterday. The traffic report came on. No big deal usually: construction on the interstate, tie ups in the busiest areas, etc. But yesterday they announced a traffic slowdown on one of the more rural highways. Wild horses were crossing the road and slowing traffic.

I just love living where there are still wild horses that roam the countryside...

    That's cool.
We had a road closure for the cure today. I guess there was a run or walk or something, but I only saw police and orange cones.
Each day is a gift, that's why it is called the present.

Sounds like heaven to me! Count your blessings, RG. If California didn't tax our federal pensions, DH and I would consider moving there after retirement (although Monterey would be my first choice!!)....
