The last three days I've reverted back to some of my old eating habits and have been in a funk. Ugh! I have not gotten on the scale to see what the damage comes to. I'm just trying to not let it get me down or use it as an excuse to quit moving forward.
Back on the wagon again. Moving forward.

149.6 for me this morning. I'm planning to do my longest ride ever this Saturday - 66 miles at the Kaolin Festival ride in Sandersville, GA.

147lbs. Thank you!

151.8. I am finding it quite comfortable to maintain this weight. If I act like I'm in maintenance, I get maintenance results...gee, what a surprise!
Time to start paying attention and get that scale moving downward again.

Exercise: I'm swimming a mile a couple times a week, and walking/jogging on a treadmill a couple times a week, and next week I'm going to reintroduce long bike rides (so far it's been 4 - 10 miles once a week while rehabbing the MCL injury). On an upnote, I can jog a whole half-mile on the knee, on the treadmill. I'm scared to go out on pavement yet.
Diet: eh.

Getting in touch with my inner try-athlete.
steady at 142 ... another bad week, so same is good... relatively speaking.
I'm also a newbie and after hanging around some other cycling forums I am delighted to find a female forum! I bought a Giant Anthem last year but was too shy to actually use it much, then my rollerblading daughter just kept at me and telling me my fears were all ridiculous, which they were!
My starting weight is 224 and my goal weight is to be under 220. It feels really good to get out there on my bike and feel the breeze and see the sun and the fields, so much more fun than a gym with loud music.
187, that would be 5lbs in the wrong direction. Clearly I need to do something different like giving up the 4 cookies I eat everyday.
Hi Possegal
I am still 146 this week. At least I didn't gain after eating things I didn't need this past week!
Still hanging in at 155. Busy work week yet again..close to 10 hour days. Oh well, I will keep trying.
129.4 this morning.
Thanks for keeping up the spreadsheet Possegal!. BTW, what is the cat wearing on her head in your avatar? I love the photo, it always makes me smile - but have always wondered what it actually is.
