    Needed: Hi-Res Crashed Bike Images

    Hi Ladies,

Here's your chance to share all your amazing pictures of your bike after it was hit by a car!

I am creating a display for an outreach event for my job. My idea is to have a very large -- up to 3 feet x 4 feet -- image of a bicycle that was clearly mangled by a car. Next to it I will have a sign saying something like "Help Us Stop This" (the Bicycle Alliance does lots of advocacy to help make roads safer for bicyclists). Ideally I'd actually have a physical bike, but apparently it's hard to come by broken bikes. (Maybe I should go to the dump...?)

I would appreciate any and all large, high-resolution images you want to share. My first event with this display will be August 1, but I'll take pictures after that for future events. No gore, please, but a bike at the scene would be excellent.

I, fortunately, don't have any to share, but you may want to check out bustedcarbon.com and ask the guy who blogs there to use some of the photos he posts.
